Villa Layka Beach House

For Villa Layka Beach House, a serene oceanfront Airbnb near El Yunque in Río Grande, I led a full visual refresh to elevate its coastal identity. I redesigned the logo to reflect a clean, modern aesthetic that mirrors the property’s tranquil beachside atmosphere.

Through on-site photography and cinematic drone videography, I captured the property’s unique perspective — where ocean views meet the lush backdrop of El Yunque National Forest. These visuals were used to craft two ad videos for Instagram and Facebook, designed to drive engagement and highlight the home’s relaxed, nature-inspired experience.

The project brought together branding, storytelling, and visual strategy to position Villa Layka as a standout destination for travelers seeking a peaceful, design-forward stay on Puerto Rico’s coast—rooted in community, coastal living, and elevated hospitality.

Through on-site photography and cinematic drone videography, I focused on capturing Villa Layka’s most defining feature — its breathtaking juxtaposition of oceanfront serenity and El Yunque’s lush mountain views.

Using the drone footage, two high-impact ad videos were produced for Instagram and Facebook. Each ad was designed to boost visibility, attract new bookings, and increase engagement by highlighting the property’s proximity to both the beach and rainforest — positioning Villa Layka as the perfect getaway for nature-loving travelers. The blend of cinematic visuals, branded typography, and rhythmic pacing created a scroll-stopping experience that translated beautifully across both platforms.
