I’m Charlene Flores, you may call me “Char” for short. Currently based out of Puerto Rico, enjoying the island life with my pup Legolas. 🐕🌴
My passion lies in creating seamless interactions + delightful experiences between humans + products. Designing with more than just visuals in mind, telling a story + creating real connections.
Solving complex problems with strategic but simple solutions, while bringing abstract conceptual ideas to fruition that will scale your business, bring you closer to your goals + make an impact.

We kick off the process with a discovery call to go over your vision + plans for your brand, product or business. Also to see if we’re a good fit from a business + creative standpoint.

Once we have a clear path forward, we can begin exploring solutions + how to fit them to your needs. This will vary by project, if you have any specific questions, contact us.

Once the exploration phase is complete we’ll have everything we need to move onto the design phase.
During the design phase, we will be diving into the actual deliverables and key items necessary to bring your vision to life. Having checkpoints to keep you informed all along the way. -
Design phase is complete. All deliverables are tweaked to perfection, we’re ready to share with the world! We wrap up our final reviews and begin packaging files + assets.
Deliverables will be shared upon final payment; if needed, assistance with set-up and maintenance will be available.
