Quiropráctica Funcional is a modern chiropractic clinic in Caguas, Puerto Rico focused on pain management and restoring functional movement through personalized, science-informed care. Their approach starts with an initial clinical evaluation that looks at mobility, movement patterns, breathing, stability, and muscular compensations to design a tailored plan. Their business was in need of a website to facilitate online bookings and a place for their services to be showcased alongside their social media presence.

Quiropráctica Funcional’s website was designed with conversion and retention at the core, restructuring their chiropractic and functional care services into clear packages and express options. Content was organized with hierarchy and patient decision-making in mind, clarified pricing and inclusions, and refined the brand voice to build trust and drive bookings.
PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
Integrating and configuring Acuity to enable seamless online scheduling and package purchases on and off the clock, supporting long-term revenue through repeat care. I also implemented a chatbot with FAQs to automate common questions and reduce communication friction, plus redesigned the patient intake form to match the updated web experience for a more seamless patient journey.
