Becoming New – Sustaining Your Renewed Mind

Ephesians 4:22–23 says, "Put off your old self... be made new in the attitude of your minds."

Mind renewal is ongoing. You won’t "arrive" at a perfect mindset, but you can develop a rhythm of reset. As you grow in God, your mind becomes more resilient, less reactive, and more aligned with His truth.

Ways to sustain your renewed mind:

  • Guard your gates (what you watch, hear, consume)

  • Community: be around others who sharpen you

  • Prayer: make it your anchor, not your backup plan

  • Rest: burnout will always lead back to old patterns

Encouragement:
You are not who you used to be. Even if the old thoughts whisper, they don’t rule you anymore. God is making all things new—including your mind.

Closing Affirmation:
Ground. Reset. Renew. Every day is a new chance to align with heaven and become who God created you to be.
